BRAVO! Events was called in to produce an interactive and immersive Leadership Conference that would engage attendees in a meaningful way: empower leadership, strengthen relationships, foster collaboration and celebrate accomplishments. To cultivate a community charitable partnership, highlight properties in the portfolio and establish a theme for their conferences throughout the year. And perhaps, most importantly, free internal staff from event planning objectives to concentrate on content, learning and team development objectives.  The Leadership Conference resonated with energy, good-will, and momentum. Even with the short timeline, hand-off from internal stakeholders to BRAVO! Events allowed increased flexibility in participation and content. Theme development, charitable partners, and brand messages aligned and created a solid foundation for subsequent conferences.
