Corporate Team Challenge

Adventure Architects was invited to design a team building challenge intended to stretch a group of sales leaders emotionally, physically and mentally. The group would be located in Tahoe for team retreat, and this would be the constructive challenge. We envisaged a fictional scenario that required the team to ‘search and rescue’ for a missing person. They were given limited resources and asked to self-organize to complete the objective. The Adventure Architects team was accompanying the group every step of the way to ensure their safety and take notes on performance. Upon completion of the challenge we produced a gourmet culinary experience in the back country of Lake Tahoe, much to the delight of the participants.
