Catholic Charities Cooking Up Compassion

The event had been a typical gala that included a cocktail hour, silent auction, dinner, presentations, live auction and band. The client decided to turn the event on its head and take out the auction and presentation portion and have a 2 hours cocktail hour followed by a hi-energy corporate band. It was a complete departure in look and feel. I designed all of the AV production and consulted on the room set up and show flow. I coordinated the load in and called the event that included special guests, videos, graphics and the band.
