With small businesses reeling from shutdown orders amid a global pandemic, we joined forces with Facebook to create Summer of Support, a 6-week program to get business owners the inspiration, knowledge, and network they needed to adapt and thrive. Originally planned to be a 2-day event, the program expanded so much it required an integrated ecosystem—featuring on-platform videos, live streams on Facebook and IG, and a bespoke learning-management system website for in-depth training.
The Summer of Support was Facebook’s first public-facing event during this challenging and fluid time, and we pulled out all the stops, leaning into our full capabilities in content strategy, visual design, UX/UI design, pandemic-safe logistics, remote film production, live show production, film editing, motion graphics, talent management, copywriting, analytics, translation, and more to reach over 30 times the anticipated viewership. It was no minor challenge to continuously adapt a program this big, but we were incredibly proud to create an experience that made a real impact for small businesses struggling to survive amid a global pandemic.
