Establish annual women's wellness event and leadership retreat in 2018 and 2019 Design immersive entertainment experience to spark creativity and ignite innovation Research and design over 20 hours of interactive entertainment experiences and activities Develop marketing strategies for digital, print and field campaigns Write and edit playful copy for website, social media and printed brochure Facilitate interactive music, art and dance experiences for 20+ trailblazing women Write lyrics, produce music, and record comedic rap music for sponsored social media campaigns Partner with event project manager to streamline event development and create strategies Collaborate with nonprofit venue owners to design creative environment Partner with freelancer community including game developers, artists, sponsors, and wellness vendors to curate full sensory experience Design graphic imagery for website, social and printed materials Manage live immersive event, digital content strategies and social media campaigns Delegate social media and content assignments to marketing associates Manage $5K event budget including venue, advertising, decorations, catering, swag bags etc Create inspiring practical elements and art for event decorations, props, catering and swag Collaborate with event cinematographer to capture key moments Edit event footage/photos and produce social media content
