Manage production for 20 pre-recorded sessions by prepping and directing speakers and managing sound equipment Manage post-production for 20 pre-recorded sessions using Asana to track progress
Delegate tasks to committee members, venue staff and VA to meet monthly deadlines
Build Leaderboard gamification experience by creating virtual scavenger hunt to engage attendees Produce and manage 6-7 live stream broadcasts on day-of adhering to session schedule
Troubleshoot video and audio issues resulting in excellent feedback rating from attendees
