The holidays are easily the most stressful time of the year and to ease this tension Uber introduced Uber Comfort,
a new product that provides riders with a little extra comfort to those who need it most. Our challenge was to build awareness of the product through an experience. Welcome the Comfort Club - an oasis of calm and relaxation in the middle of Chicago O'Hare's airport. Once inside they could recharge, refresh and most importantly, they could ease all travel stress leaving with a promo code to Upgrade to Uber Comfort when they got to their final destination. Guests received comfort kits for their travel home which included an eye mask, ear plugs and warm socks .
