On-Tour London (Tobacco Dock)

Meet TC on Tour - a 4 year international program, 4+ different venues and 200+ working vendors and employees, all while representing multiple countries. What started back in 2015 at The Montcalm [Brewery] in the heart of London, grew to moving the program to Tobacco Dock in 2016 and 2017, and then Excel Center in 2018. We navigated contingency planning due to an act of terrorism the day before load in, team resourcing and restructuring in the middle of a planning cycle, a full re - write of a $1 Million dollar F&B plan, and a re - work of our sponsorship model. In 2017, Tableau On Tour returned to Tobacco Dock with a bigger & bolder presence - 1,500 people involved with 7 amazing Sponsors. From a content perspective, Tableau introduced their first ever international Iron Viz during a keynote slot that delighted everyone. Content was delivered in multiple languages. Despite what we found ourselves up against, it would be an understatement to say that we were beyond proud of the way we delivered this program end to end.
