Solar Technology Conference

We are pleased to be so trusted, that other event planning companies call on us for assistance when they are low on staff. We collaborated with a major event planning firm out of Salem, Oregon that needed coordination and Cvent administration for a 400-person, week-long solar technology conference in downtown Portland with several offsite locations. We provided pre-event planning and consultation, administrative support, marketing of the conference to attendees, and trade show planning; as well as final coordination, onsite registration and help desk, and onsite event coordination.
