Overview
From New-York Historical Society
Women March is a new exhibition at the New-York Historical Society that focuses on how the collective action of women has taken many forms, from abolitionist petitions to industry-wide garment strikes to massive marches for an Equal Rights Amendment. As the lead exhibition sponsor for Women March, Jane Walker by Johnnie Walker worked with the Museum to host a special opening reception. Guests drank specialty cocktails in the Skylight Gallery and Gallery of Tiffany Lamps, before viewing the exhibition in the Joyce B. Cowin Gallery.
