ACTION
We took over and rebranded an entire campground in Upstate New York for three days with a wide range of summer camp inspired programming: a large scale dinner-en-blanc, movies under the stars, fire-works, talent show, inflatable park, yoga, installations, hospitality lounges, DJs, marching band and every camp game you can imagine.
IMPACT
By creating a smooth running weekend experience for 800+ campers, we helped build a cultural touchpoint for current employees and the company’s agent network while increasing overall team happiness.
