Corona Electric Beach is an experiential brand driven music platform where "Beats meet the Beach." Featuring world-renowned DJ's in an immersive oasis, Corona Electric Beach gives fans a chance to get up close with their favorite artists in a more intimate setting at EDC Las Vegas Music Festival. Corona Electric Beach was launched with the purpose of cementing Corona Extra as the premier beer brand in the electronic dance music market. On behalf of Constellation Brands and Corona, Cogent Entertainment Marketing designed a complete takeover of a 130' x 130' foot-print that included 120 tons of white, beach sand, 25' elevated stage decking + lighting/audio/SFX, VIP viewing deck, custom cabanas, palm trees, and branded bars. The activation offered complimentary branded body art to consumers that extended the brand life past our activation throughout the festival and brought the brand home after the event. Corona Electric Beach partnered with world-renowned outlet MixMag to promote the Battle For The Beach contest. In doing so Electric Beach reached 1.7 million consumers around the country and inspired over 165 contestants to join the action by crafting and submitting their very own DJ mix to be considered for a place to play live in front of a massive audience at the Corona Electric Beach stage. Returning for a 4th year at EDC Las Vegas, Corona Electric Beach pulled off one of its largest activations to date!
