Cities Fast-Track AIDS Epidemic Seminar

CHALLENGE The UNAIDS organization wanted to produce its yearly Cities Fast-Track AIDS Epidemic Seminar in conjunction with a MAC AIDS Fund x Atlantic Media event at the New York Public Library. There was a tight budget, tight turnaround time, and an intricate planning process as top officials from around the world came together to discuss the AIDS epidemic. SOLUTION Mayors from New York, Kiev, Abuja, and Manila were just some of the 300 government officials treated to a day long, live-streamed discussion. Handling everything from staging and AV/Livestreaming to branding and decor to all check-in and vendor integration, Praytell operated as event producer and media handler created a high-functioning experience for these acclaimed diplomats, complete with language translators, on-the-ground interviewing, culture-aware snacks and beverages with a seated organic lunch. RESULTS With write-ups in POLITICO and The Guardian, among others, MAC AIDS Fund supported global discussion around an influential audience right in the heart of NYC.
