W Bellevue Grand Opening

In September of 2017, we produced several decor elements to support The Gathery at the opening of the W Bellevue. They needed a series of reflective folding screens, stylized log cabins, a boathouse bar, and a circular stage featuring 3 real birch trees in its center. In 2.5 weeks, we built the elements and installed them on-site, delivering each piece modularly in order to accommodate the hotel's tight hallways and freight elevators. The quality of the decor did more than just exceed expectations for the evening; it inspired the hotel to keep 3 of the pieces as permanent installations.
