For LA's BizBashLive 2018 opening night VIP party, Tribe of Asher was commissioned by premiere tech sponsor G-Smatt to produce a thoughtful, intimate activation for guests to take pause within the corporate party. Seating 6-8 guests at a time, we designed a conceptual chocolate shop for hosting a proper chocolate tasting experience. "Wait Til We Say When" was a step by step, narrated, culinary journey that guided participants through the SHINE, SNAP, SCENT, and SAVOR process of chocolate tasting.
Beyond the table, a floral framed "shop window" served as the entrance, and a chocolate shop for full-sized offerings completed the experience. An interactive "Crave" art installation prompted participants to pull down a truffle wrapper to reveal the cravings that connect us, expressing, "Beyond all the bells and whistles of the shows we put on, we are no different from the audience we woo. Your audience craves what you crave."
Tribe of Asher produced this activation in order to connect BizBash brands and agencies through a fun and soulful experience.
