Pepsi and iHeartMedia reached out to Pinpoint to take part in a national tailgating tour attending several NFL and college football games over the course of four months. As one of the largest sponsors of the NFL, Pepsi wanted a brand presence onsite to promote brand awareness, execute a sampling of the new Pepsi Zero Sugar, entertain VIPs, as well as to hand out free beverages to game attendees.
Pinpoint was asked to produce all items for the event and also coordinate logistics, set-up, breakdown and transportation for all 11 stops of the tour over a 4-month period that spanned up and down the east coast and even Texas.
Objective:
To promote Pepsi and create a brand tie-in with the NFL by taking tailgating to the next level with musical acts, NFL legends and special appearances, free product giveaways, and games to entertain all NFL fans.
Results:
Pinpoint’s objective was to support Pepsi and iHeartMedia by spearheading the execution of each event to ensuring each stop went as seamlessly as possible. Pinpoint was able to handle the production and upkeep of all provided assets as well as transporting them from event to event. We completed set-up and breakdown and assisted in troubleshooting onsite when unseen circumstances popped up such as poor weather or venue restrictions. From creative to execution, the events were a massive success and boosted customer engagement.
