Heroku Saku Employee Conference

Each year Heroku hosts an employee conference to bring together employees from across the country. Throughout the years Heroku’s branding has evolved and in 2018 the company was looking to create a bold new look for the conference while still staying true to their roots in Japanese imagery and natural wooden accents. We brought in a mix of soft seating and multi-level chairs to create a comfortable and casual environment for the main stage area. We also brought in a variety of plants to soften the space, and worked with their graphic team to produce a clean and modern stage design. An after-hours lounge with boardgames was created to give employees a fun place to congregate and spend time together each evening after dinner.
