Cooking with Cannabis - sometimes referred to as “Cooking with CBD” - is a “one night only,” first of its kind industry event sweeping the country.
Broken into two tracks, based on General and VIP experiences, the four hour activation bridges the divide between theory and practicum for a hands-on, interactive approach to learning. Our resident Chefs, masters in the national cannabis space, take to the stage (and kitchen!) for a hybrid and interactive approach to learning and menu redevelopment.
Our resident chef, Christopher Sayegh, (aka “The Herbal Chef”) is the #1 cannabis infusion chef in the world. Featured across Fast Company, Newsweek, FOX Business, NBC News, The Washington Post, VICE’s Bong Appetite, and a slew of others, Chris, at his core, remains true to the passionate science and biology student who once turned to the chemistry of food and herbs to pursue and pair his ever-budding curiosity, creativity.
“To me, enjoying cannabis, whether through traditional THC or CBD-only infusion techniques, is a cerebral experience,” says Chris, perched comfortably in his Hollywood home. “You’re eating with a different perception with each bite, with each course. You’re literally changing your brain chemistry and you are viewing this food differently than you did five minutes ago, ten minutes ago.”
