MIC Converence and Trade Show

Conference for meeting planners. Talk given: "The 7 Habits of Highly Stressful People". This was my BEST EXPERIENCE EVER with Tech-PSAV. The AV guy was so good. This was during Denver's "Bomb Cyclone" (severe snowstorm). My computer stopped communicating with the screen. The AV guy was SO GOOD, that he actually hit the slides to move them along for me on his system with a copy I had given him "just in case". Here's the kicker-he was so flawless I didn't even know there was an issue. I have no idea how he knew when to hit the slides button, or how he made everything work-but he did.
