Bartleby & Sage arranged an unconventional corporate cocktail party for AllSeated. Hors d'oeuvres were passed throughout the event, consisting of smoked salmon on potato gaufrette, soba noodles in mini take-out containers, deconstructed elote, and fish tacos with jicama slaw. For dessert, there were small, homemade ice cream cones topped with pop rocks.
