Block 41

The Bert & Tot Ballroom is light and airy with windows on three sides, stunning wood floors, leather wrapped columns and the added bonus of a fully landscaped, private courtyard, connected by a large glass roll-up door. The ballroom can comfortably accommodate up to 350 seated guests, 460 with the courtyard.  State-of-the-Art AV systems abound, including two ceiling mounted projectors with drop screens, a whole building sound system, adjustable lighting, wireless microphones and mobile colored uplights.  Furniture is also included, such as 60" round tables, 6' banquet tables and black padded folding chairs and you will also find a fully equipped prep kitchen.  The ballroom is perfect for conventions, meetings, fashion shows, fundraisers, auctions, weddings, product launches and so much more!

Our Ewing Theater has a more industrial feel with polished concrete floors, exposed concrete and white washed walls, leather wrapped columns and groovy, adjustable LED color lighting with the ability to comfortably accommodate up to 216 seated guests. The theater also has a false wall that can be used to separate the space into two smaller spaces, perfect for workshops or as a way to separate your welcome cocktails and ceremony.  State-of-the-Art AV systems include a ceiling mounted projector with drop screen, a whole building sound system, adjustable color LED lighting, wireless microphones and mobile color uplights.  Furniture is included, such as 60" round tables, 6' banquet tables and black padded folding chairs.  The theater also boasts a green room or bridal sweet complete with shower, sink, vanity, comfy chairs and a couch, as well as a fully equipped prep kitchen.  The theater is perfect for meetings, parties, ceremonies, bar and bat mitzvahs, silent auctions and so much more!
