The building is approved for 60 people for sit-down events, or 75 in a less formal gathering. We have 80 chairs and 12 banquet-sized folding tables (30” x 6’). The vinyl tile floor is in top condition. The kitchen has a large refrigerator, microwave oven, kitchen range, coffee brewers, tea water heating, and punch dispenser. You provide eating utensils, plates, cups, glasses, and napkins. The kitchen cannot handle large-scale preparation of food, so it’s best to serve mostly ready-to-eat or keep-warm foods. Three tables are available to be food service tables in addition to the banquet tables. All paper and soap supplies for hand washing and restrooms are provided. The meeting space is accessible. Parking is on-street, though it is OK to drive into the park area to unload or reload close to the Cottage, then return vehicles to street parking.
