A reservation for this space includes exclusive use of the full floor. There is an open open space as well as 2 private offices along with a training room. A kitchenette area includes a sink and a refrigerator that can be utilized during a reservation. Lockers are also available and may be used (locks not included). Our unique space is available for visual productions or photoshoots requiring a vintage office look. The space still retains many of historic Mimo features such a mahogany doors and panels, and brass lighting accents. Furniture styles include MiMo, Queen Ann/Chippendale, 60s-70s styles to contemporary.

Private training room. The space includes: 20 tables, 20 seats, 4 utility tables, 2 white boards, small podium and optional projector use. Exterior views of historic Downtown Miami.

Suite 800 consists of a semi-private open space. Nine workshop tables and 18 chairs may be set up in any configuration preferred. Space is limited to 20 guests. Interior office view.

Suite 909 has a main area that can be set up with 12 chairs only or with 12 workshop tables with chairs. A secondary seating area has 4 café tables with 8 chairs.  Space is limited to 15 guests. Interior office view.
