Permits and Insurance
To serve alcohol, a licensed caterer will need to obtain a 1-Day Permit from the State Liquor Authority, which requires at least 15 days notice. A COI will also be required. Event Security is required from Exclusive security vendor when alcohol is being served (1 guard per 75 guests). Additional charges apply
