Our culinary philosophy demands that we do things the old fashioned way—slowly, thoughtfully, passionately, and from scratch. You truly experience farm-to-table dining when enjoying food prepared with produce from our beautiful on-site garden. Whatever we cannot grow or make ourselves, we source from our small-town farmer neighbors.
