Established as an art, film and photo studio in 1984 and opening its doors to events in 1995, Penthouse 463 offers clients 3,000 square-feet of flexible, elegant space in the heart of the West Village just below the High Line and the new Whitney Museum. Floor-to-ceiling windows flood the event space with natural sunlight and offer panoramic views of lower Manhattan, the Hudson River, and New York Harbor. Perfect for a 100-person seated dinner or 150 for cocktails, the event space’s floor plan flows out to a 1,000 square-foot terrace that gives guests the feeling of being in a space that is both intimate and high above the city below.
