Claudette NYC
Private dining is available at Claudette for dinners, brunches, weddings & more!
Founded by Carlos Suarez in May 2014, Claudette's menu focuses on local products, seafood and North African aromatics found in the Provencal Kitchen. Our wine cellar highlights the wines of Southern France while the bar offers a list of unique, French inspired aperitifs, cocktails and an extensive French wine list. Claudette is named after Claudette Sammut, the mother of Guy Sammut. A french restaurateur, Guy owns beautiful restaurants in Lourmarin, France where Carlos drew the inspiration for the name of his NYC restaurant - Claudette! Claudette serves a range of delicious North African and French dishes such as NY Strip Au Poivre and Lamb Tagine. Have a drink at the bar during happy hour and enjoy drink specials and oysters from 4pm - 6pm daily. Host celebrations in our iconic Flamingo Room! Enter the private dining room through the kitchen for an event to remember. Claudette's General Manager is the ever gracious host, Daniel Love, and the Executive Chef is Edwin Rivera. Claudette is part of the Casa Nela restaurant group that includes other popular West Village neighborhood restaurants Bobo, Rosemary's & Roey's.
