Conceived by Soo K Chan award winning architect and founder of SCDA Architects the hotel is set within a beautifully restored clan house beside Khoo Kongsi temple known for its intricate Straits Chinese craftsmanship. The design reflects local heritage combined with contemporary architecture inspired by the childhood of the owner who grew up in this historic compound.
