Our extended stay hotel features three suite layouts which can accommodate one to four guests all come with double-sized beds in addition to a full kitchen with microwave stovetop and a full-sized refrigerator and freezer. Additional kitchen items can be purchased at the front desk. Free basic WiFi is available and we also have laundry facilities and vending machines accessible around the clock. Long-stay guests receive housekeeping services every other week. We are conveniently located near I-65 and just a short drive from Downtown Louisville Falls of the Ohio State Park Indiana University Southeast Baptist Health Churchill Downs and more. Service assistance animals are welcome at no additional charge must be registered at front desk. Limit 2 dogs under 75lbs. per room. No cats. Non-refundable pet fees 50USD a pet reg fee and 10USD a pet per night charge for the duration of the stay.
