Marion and Jean-Pierre Pinelli created this hotel over 20 years ago. The water of the infinity pool in the middle of the terrace seems to be purposefully seeking a way to join the Mediterranean. In the kitchen- Christophe Bacquie takes Corsican and Mediterranean cuisine to new heights and reserves a starring role for fresh fish and shellfish.
