Located in the midst of the hustle and bustle of New York City’s famous Koreatown, Sushi By Bou Nomad at Hotel 32|32 is a modern sushi speakeasy, boasting an intimate 10-seat omakase experience. This high-end experience is timed, with 30-minute and 60-minute options available. Guests are invited to arrive early or stay late, and enjoy one of our craft cocktails, imported sakes, or Japanese beers, while admiring our hip hop influenced aesthetic and vibe. After your meal, you are invited to join us for a drink at The 86, the adjoining hidden bar by our sushi counter, or Bou Terrace, located on the 10th floor of the Hotel, featuring incredible views of the Manhattan skyline and Empire State Building.
