Hotel
3.0
Following decades of investment hard work and dedication Cobo Bay Hotel is unrecognisable from when it first opened its doors in 1964 after Toni Nussbaumer a young Austrian managing the pub next-door and his local wife Margaret converted two semi-detached houses into an 11 bedroom hotel with just 2 bathrooms. The business has expanded considerably since then including the purchase of La Hougue Fouque Farm Hotel and The Dolphin Hotel during the 1970s. In 1986 Toni Margaret handed over the reins to their son David and his wife Julie who oversaw a major renovation project in 1991 to modernise and extend Cobo Bay Hotel before also taking over The Dolphin and La Hougue Fouque in 1999 which they also proceeded to transform and relaunch as The Doghouse and The Farmhouse respectively. The next major chapter in Cobo Bay Hotels history began in 2008 with the refurbishment of the ground floor and the addition of The Beach Terrace followed by a complete overhaul of our accommodation.
