Originally built in 1914 by two brothers as a coffee roasting facility, the Warehouse is now a private photo and film production studio. Recently renovated, great care was taken to maintain the charm and old New York aesthetic of the space while adding comforting amenities and services. We have two rooms that, when combined, equal 5000 square feet. The rustic hardwood floors, steel casement windows, frosted safety glass, distressed brick walls all around, and other curious aspects have made the Warehouse a welcomed spot for couples looking for an non-traditional event venue.
