Blank Studio NYC is a female founded + family run business supporting photographers, creative agencies, production companies, and just about anyone who enjoys extra space with good energy :) We offer a bright, 1,800 SF loft for rent in the heart of SoHo. Drenched in natural light from its floor to ceiling, north-facing windows, the studio is modernized to optimize the space while keeping its original details, including cast-iron columns, white tin ceiling, and exposed brick wall. The creative studio boasts a comfortable lounge, work table, kitchenette, two private bathrooms, a hair-and-makeup station, and a full list of grip and expendables. Blank Studio NYC is cooler than a conference room and larger than your apartment. Established to lend warmth and intimacy, the studio is designed for clients to create and connect, host business engagements, and meet your photo production needs. Problem-solvers and creatives themselves, the owners have formed a genuine, inviting space where people from all industries can create with ease and flexibility.

Health & Safety
All staff will wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), including masks that cover the nose and mouth Two bathrooms and one kitchen sink to wash hands with soap Individual pens and paper for each guest upon request Open windows to allow fresh air to circulate Posted information available for guests for handwashing and workplace health All surfaces, door handles, light switches etc., are thoroughly cleaned before each booking. What we ask of our guests: Please keep your team/guests to 40 and under Booker is responsible for making sure that any onsite guests are vaccinated. Masks are recommended but not required for all. Booker has a contact list of all attendees If any expected attendees are feeling sick, have a cough or fever, or any other COVID-19 related symptom, please stay home Booker is responsible for confirming attendees are healthy before arriving at the studio
