Elsewhere is intended to be a safe space to enjoy music, art, expression, and free play. If you see or experience any unwanted attention, contact, bullying, harassment, or behavior of any kind that makes you uncomfortable, please speak out and notify our staff immediately. Our staff are trained to remove individuals engaging in any form of: Sexual harassment, Acts of aggression (including leering), Racism, Misogyny, Transphobia, Homophobia, Religious, Bigotry or hatred and discrimination of any kind. We stand with all those who demand complete freedom from hatred and harassment in our city’s venues and nightclubs. Let’s work together to keep each other safe.

Elsewhere handles the bar for all events & rentals. From May through October, we work with a rotating in-house food vendor partner. Clients are welcome to bring in an approved outside food vendor with a certificate of insurance.

Extensive production packages available in each room. Elsewhere provides an expert team of production technicians who help with everything from on-site operations to ideation and creation of custom lighting looks, specific to each client's vision and rental requirements.

Proof of a full-course COVID-19 vaccination is required for entry to all Elsewhere events & site-visits. You may only enter if you are fully vaccinated, meaning you have received the 2nd of 2 doses of the Moderna or Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine, or 1 dose of the Johnson & Johnson vaccine more than 14 days prior to your visit. We are also accepting vaccines currently approved by the CDC or WHO, such as Oxford/AstraZeneca: Vaxzevria, Sinopharm: BBIBP-CorV, and Sinovac: CoronaVac. Inside, masks and distancing are not required, however – following current CDC guidance – are encouraged. Staff will continue to wear masks & thoroughly clean the venue to ensure your safety. Enclosed Courtyard may be available for parking for up to 3 small vehicles if full building is rented, pending approval by on-site manager.

Tables & chairs for up to (50) guests. Plenty of space heaters. Benches. Green room soft seating included with the Hall rental. Banquette seating included with the Loft rental. Can source, rent & set up furniture on behalf of the client.

Ground level load in via our enclosed Courtyard. (2) separate entrances available for load in. Elevator access for load in on all floors. Load in and load out times are flexible; client selects desired load in and load out times based on their paid rental window.

Separate and direct entrances for each room.

No on-site storage available. Guests may use Hall green rooms with the rental of the Hall to store any personal belongings. No overnight storage unless agreed upon by the venue and client in writing prior to rental.

Elsewhere is responsible for pre- and post-event cleaning. Client is responsible for placing trash in venue-designated trash area. Large trash must be removed by the client during load out.

Client and all vendors are required to provide a certificate of insurance 1 week prior to the rental date.
