In classic European-style tradition with a mid-century design aesthetic and superior mountain views Alta Lodge is a historic mountain inn founded in 1940 as Altas first ski lodge. Guests enjoy a warm and welcoming stay with authentic service comfortable accommodations in either the original lodge building or newer wings and superb dining. A full hot breakfast and chef-prepared four-course dinner are included in nightly winter lodging rates. After a day on the hill unwind in the hot tubs and saunas cozy up by the fire or meet fellow skiers in the charming on-site Sitzmark bar for apres ski.
