After spending over a decade in Copenhagen, Denmark, chef-owner Nichole Accettola created Kantine in San Francisco as a gathering place for delicious Scandinavian food. Inspired by the Danish word for canteen, Kantine offers a menu influenced by seasonal ingredients and serves breakfast, brunch, lunch, and a variety of pastries. Located in the vibrant neighborhoods of Hayes Valley, the Castro, and the Mission, Kantine is committed to sustainability and is a Certified California Green Business.
