Growing up in the shadow of the beautiful San Miguel Mission and surrounded by the inspiring art and cuisine in one of the most beautiful towns in Mexico, San Miguel de Allende, allowed us to experience and learn to create an amazing variety of foods that incorporate the traditional markets, street food, and home-cooked meals.
