The iconic/historic site of the “Jazz Mural” and “Language of the Birds”. The Owyang family owned and operated New Sun Hong Kong (NSHK) since 1989. We closed our doors during the pandemic, which unexpectedly put my my parents in retirement. As we explored options, it was clear that this was the perfect opportunity to pass the baton to the next generation. With a new name and new approach, we’re hoping to bring back fan favorites while introducing new dishes, and help demystify Chinese food through our lens.
