Jolia interprets the festive dinners of a glamorous era in the Middle East, while remaining anchored in contemporary Paris. The benches meet the custom-made ocher ceramic tables whose stainless steel rim and legs recall the bar and the kitchen. A magnificent succession of brass pendant lights runs throughout the room and sets the tone for the party. The large openings on the facade which surround the restaurant bring in a lot of light during the day and also evoke the sulphurous atmosphere of the night.
