In the 7th arrondissement, Alberto and his wife Vanina have just opened F͂ogón Ultramarinos to practice the profession of “Grocer, Cook, Caterer”.
The Fogón Ultramarinos offers signature cuisine, plant-based but not exclusive. Our philosophy consists of rediscovering the pleasure in tasting vegetables and placing them at the heart of our plates. This can result in less meat consumption. But it’s only to eat better and focus on the quality of the products. The latter are mainly from organic farming and purchased as much as possible from local producers. With notable exceptions, bomba rice and Iberian ham oblige. Fogón ultramarinos favors biodegradable containers over plastic materials.
