Restaurant
Our Hammersmith restaurant started as a dark and lifeless basement – but we saw a wealth of potential. The design concept for this restaurant came from the area’s blacksmith history and folklore; Hammersmith’s name dates from 1294, from ‘Hammer’, ‘Smithy’ and ‘Forge’ and Ironmaster William Turner created a thriving foundries industry in the 1800s. In a nod to this rich history, we’ve incorporated ironwork details throughout, including studding details, forged brackets, and exposed ironwork. To soften this: an entrance with abundant foliage and planting, a rich green paint palette, warm-toned marbles, and atmospheric lighting. And now, the restaurant has transformed into an inviting, plant-filled space with a warm and atmospheric glow. Located on Hammersmith Broadway, a stone’s throw from Broadway Shopping Centre, Hammersmith Tube stations and the Eventim Apollo, our 120-cover restaurant will serve the signature Flat Iron steak and sides, as well as beef specials such as a Wagyu Steak of the Day.
