Osteria Magona narrates a long and passionate culinary journey that started in 2004 in the center of Bolgheri and has now passed through the typical Tuscan-style farmhouse, the Vallone dei Messi, on the Bolgheri area, the famous Wine Route.
Here in the midst of the vineyards and close to the largest DOC Bolgheri cellars he has created a unique restaurant, in the open countryside and with a sea view. Chef Omar Barsacchi welcomes you to the cradle of Tuscan and Mediterranean cuisine, of which the selection of meats from Dario Cecchini, the famous butcher of Panzano reign supreme. In the company of his wife Marina and son Rocco they based their entrepreneurial adventure in a simple and familiar atmosphere respecting the all-Italian tradition.
