Chef Omar Barsacchi welcomes you to the cradle of Tuscan and Mediterranean cuisine, of which the selection of meats from Dario Cecchini, the famous butcher of Panzano reign supreme. In the company of his wife Marina and son Rocco they based their entrepreneurial adventure in a simple and familiar atmosphere respecting the all-Italian tradition.
