About
Los Angeles’ leading jazz club for world-class modern, eclectic and straight-ahead jazz in an intimate setting, and all within walking distance of Los Angeles International Airport. Owner Paul Solomon aimed to create a space that was “unexpectedly creative” - something that would excite visitors and match the authentic creativity of the musicians who perform there. There are two sets nightly, Tuesday through Saturday, starting at around 7:30pm and 9:30pm. Sam First is a 7-10 minute walk from the terminals at LAX which makes it the perfect stop before or after a flight! We are located on the East side of the building at 6171 W Century Blvd, right in front of the Marriott Courtyard and West of Hilton Homewood Suites.
