Edelbrennerei Bischof / Franziska - Die Brennerin

Franziska Bischof is a fourth-generation Brennerin and Edelbrandsommelière. She continues the legacy of Brennerei Bischof in Wartmannsroth and specializes in crafting original Rhöner Whisky, London Dry Gin Florian, as well as a variety of fruit brandies and spirits. Her distillery, featuring an architecturally stunning concrete Destillathek, is considered the first of its kind in Germany.
