Dandy

Michael Tozzi, owner of Dandy, followed a traditional path to the professional kitchen — he studied hospitality and culinary arts, and then worked his way up the ranks — starting out at Le Club Chasse et Pêche, to leading the kitchen team at Old Montreal bakery, Olive + Gourmando. In early 2018, he jumped head first into his dream of opening his own restaurant and so Dandy was born.
