There shall be no food and beverage brought onto WestWorld property. All food, beverage and alcohol is provided by M Catering. No outside vendors may be hired for the sale or distribution of alcoholic beverages. The City of Scottsdale's concessionaire agreement with M Catering dictates that only M Catering may supply alcoholic beverages for events or activities scheduled on WestWorld property. The City of Scottsdale reserves the right to control the level of sound on any entertainment production presented on the property. Sound levels shall be adjusted to conform to all applicable laws and ordinances. Due to the physical location of WestWorld, the complications of outdoor performances and wind changes, there can be significant challenges regarding sound levels with neighboring areas.
