Bringing a wealth of knowledge from some of the most noted restaurants in the UK, Jake has created a new dining experience on the estate with Forge. Dedicated to conserving the land and showcasing a timeless tasting experience, Forge uses ingredients grown on the estate or reared nearby. Forge brings a timeless dining experience, one that moves with the environment of the surrounding Yorkshire landscape. Taking direction from the Old Farmer’s Almanac, we share notes from the kitchen, gardens and greenhouses and introduce some of the passionate farmers and local suppliers who bring us the produce and provenance that they create, through a labour of love and a dedication to working with and preserving the surrounding landscape.
