At the center of the 1,500-square-foot restaurant is the pasta-production table, which is at the heart of what we do. Just ordinary people with a passion for pasta, and other tasty treats.
Opened in 2016 in Denver’s RiNo neighborhood, Dio Mio is a fast-casual restaurant offering fresh handmade pasta, tasty snacks, and nice drinks. Chefs Spencer White and Alex Figura used their fine dining backgrounds to create a concept that features a mix of traditional Italian and contemporary food in a relaxed and approachable environment. The pair’s vision is executed by a great team led by Chef Peter McTiernan. Our menu is constantly rotating, but you can always count on a few traditional Italian items and mix of experimental dishes. We offer an affordable wine list, espresso drinks, craft beer, and a small section of cocktails and Italian spirits. Sourcing is important to us; often locally, sometimes nationally, always seasonally.
