On Rotation Brewery & Kitchen is part small batch brewery, part craft beer bar, and part restaurant with 40 ever-rotating taps of craft beer, cider, and hard seltzer, a select wine list, beer and seltzer cocktails, and a full kitchen serving gluten-free fried chicken and scratch kitchen sides. On Rotation was founded by Jacob and Lindsay Sloan, who discovered a passion for craft beer that evolved into a passion for homebrewing as the couple spent many weekends brewing beer in their driveway and dreaming up what would eventually become On Rotation.
